Photostrap is a complete one page photo editing template built with bootstrap 3. You can either set it up in less than 1 minute (since all you have to do is edit one configuration file and upload the script) or take the time to edit it and add more elements that may suit your needs.
It features over 60 filters, a seamless usability using Jquery, a working responsive cross browser architecture thanks to bootstrap and a handy feature which allows you to transform any existing pictures by adding a css class.
This script requires a PHP 5.2+ server with GD bundled. Most hosting companies provide their customers with this set up even with basic plans but make sure your server meets the aforementioned requirements
